We recommend that you save this.You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the time you receive your goods. The products sold in the web shop are described on treaxpads.com, including features as well as the technical specifications and product data.The prices on the web shop are stated in euros written as EUR. All prices are stated excluding VAT and will be subject to VAT in accordance with applicable rules: All purchases made in Denmark are subject to 25% Danish VAT. All purchases made from another EU country by a trader with a valid EU VAT number are not subject to VAT. All purchases made from another EU country by a private person (not a trader with a valid EU VAT number) are subject to 25% Danish VAT. All purchases made from a non-EU country are not subject to VAT. The final total amount to be paid with or without VAT always appears on the payment page.
Placing an order on the web shop is not a legally binding agreement. INNOVAID therefore has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. A legally binding order confirmation / invoice will not be sent to you until we have packed your goods and are ready to send your order. Once you have placed an order in our web shop, our system will automatically send you an e-mail stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic confirmation that your order has been received. We usually ship the goods from our warehouse within 5 – 7 working days. From ordering to receiving your order it will take 5-10 working days for orders to Denmark and within the EU, international orders and orders outside the EU will take 7-12 working days.
In the web shop you can pay with PayPal, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and EAN number. We only deduct the money from your credit or debit card when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. There is no charge for using a debit card in the webshop. In connection with the payment transaction being completed, your payment information will be stored until the individual payment transactions have been processed. Your payment and card details are stored with one of INNOVAID’s payment partners PayPal or Bambora, depending on the payment method chosen. The information is therefore stored in a secure environment that complies with international security standards until the payment transactions have been completed. When you use payment cards on our web shop, only INNOVAID’s payment partner has access to your card information. In case of possible misuse of your card information please refer to INNOVAID’s payment partner. If you want to return an item, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. It is important that the item is returned in the same condition as when you received it, in order to get a refund of your entire purchase amount. If the good are received in a state worse or less than when sent, we reserve the right to not accept the item and thereby not repaying the purchase amount. It is you as the sender of the returned goods who alone bears the risk of any damage that may occur during the return.
If you unexpectedly experience errors or defects in an item, your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act including the defect rules. You have a 24 month right to make a complaint about all items purchased in the web shop. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect in the item. We recommend that you let us know as soon as possible.

We always refund your money via the same means of payment with which you paid for your goods. The money will be refunded within 14 days from the day we receive your returned item.

Any agreement between us using these terms and conditions is subject to danish law. Any dispute is decided in the danish court of law.
