EXERCISE VIDEOS FOR TREAX PADS™

Need some inspiration?

Treax Pads can be used in more ways than we ourselves can think of. Our users often create new amazing exercises and ways to use the pads. If you need a little inspiration we have collected some small videos for you with exercises, that enable different functions within the pads.

1. Half moon

Position the pads in a half moon around you. When you step on the pad, it will light up with a color. Find a pad with the same color as the light, and step on it.

2. Interactive floor

Position the pads across the floor, with as much space between as you like. When you step on a pad, it will light up with a color. Find a pad with the same color as the light, and step on it.

3. Interactive wall

Position the pads on the Treax Pads Wall Board, with as much space between them as you like. When you press down on a pad, it will light up with a color. Find a pad with the same color, and press down on it.

4. Reaction

Place the pads where you want and set them to ‘Reaction mode’. The pads will light up, and it is up to you to turn them off by stepping on them.

5. Walking weight shift

Place the pads in a stepping stone pattern between two bars. A rainbow of lights will be fully visible on the pads if you put your full weight on the pads.

6. Weight shift – side to side

Place two pads in front of you. Practise shifting your weight from one side to the other. This exercise can be performed both with feet or hands.

7. Balance training

Practise your balance, by incorporating a balancing element with a Treax Pads exercise.

8. Sit and stand

Position a chair in front of two Treax Pads. Stand up and sit down slowly. The lights will show if the weight is evenly distributed between your right and left side.

9. Interactive table

Position the Treax Pads on a table, where you can reach all the pads. Press down on the pad, and follow the colors.

10. Full moon

Position the pads in a full circle with no space inbetween. Step on a pad with both feet. Find a pad with the same color as the light showed. Step on it with both feet.

11. How fast are you?

Set a timer and see how many pads you can touch before time is up! Use the ‘random mode’ to train both motor and cognitive skills.

12. Squat

While squatting watch the lights move from the middle to the side. When the lights are centered, weight is evenly distributed between toes and heels.

13. Walking postural control

Position the pads in a stepping stone pattern. Slowly walk over the pads while rolling the weight from back to front of the foot. The lights will show you, where on the foot you place the weight.

14. Cross the midline

Position the pads on the Treax Pads Wall Board. Sit down on a chair with your legs parallel to the wall. With the arm furthest away touch the pads.

15. Reaction blue and red

Challenge yourself! Set the pads to ‘reaction mode’ and touch the red lighting pads with right hand and the blue lighting pads with left. Can also be used on the floor.
